2 bedrooms in a huge flat in Clapham Junction

My 2 housemates are moving back home due to family illness so I have 2 rooms becoming available at the end of Jan in a 3 bed, 2 bath flat. It’s the end of the lease so this will be signing into a new year long lease.

The flat is on the top storey (of 2 storeys) and only 3 flats in the building. The flat itself is 3 storeys with a bedroom on each level. It’s newly renovated so no mould/damp issues - yay! And is well insulated, so warm enough most days without the heater!

It has a full kitchen separate to the large living room. One bedroom has a balcony where there’s access to the roof (via a ladder if you’re brave). Both available rooms share a bathroom and the 3rd bedroom (mine) has an en suite.

It’s an 8 minute walk to Clapham Junction station and to Northcote Rd. There’s a bus stop at the end of the street both ways, so really easy to commute everywhere.

The room without a balcony is £1150, the room with a balcony is £1250 and bills are around £80 each.

Looking for someone 25+ years old who is fun, friendly, single, doesn’t have pets and ideally doesn’t WFH..

I am in my early 30s, an OT and super busy and social so not at home too often haha. If I am home in the evening I like to watch tv in the living room, chill in my room or cook together for a house dinner. I love living here and look forward to sharing the space with some new people 🤗
