The room is in a large split level apartment, it is large with a lot of storage space.

There is a desk large in your room for working from home. There is a shared bathroom and separate toilet.

The kitchen is very spacious with plenty of storage, a new washer/dryer and a large fridge freezer.

The flat is about a 10 minute walk to Clapham Junction, or a 10 minute walk to Wandsworth Town. There are loads of buses and bike shelters provided just outside the flat.

Rent includes council tax, and any other bills would be split with me (the current tenant). Bills at the moment all together at £84 pcm (includes gas/electric, water and internet).

We are lucky enough to have super lovely landlords, who are proactive when there are any issues!

A bit about me - I am 30 and currently work from home 2 days a week and on site the other 3 days in health care Mon-Fri. I like to socialise and there are some nice restaurants and shops in the area, plus the living room lends itself to entertaining or just chilling in front of the telly! I will often have different activities on in the evening, whether that is gym or catching up with friends. That said, I also enjoy privacy sometimes and I am perfectly happy to get into bed to watch Netflix! The flat is also within walking distance of lots of lovely parks, including Battersea Park and Clapham common.
