I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a friendly flatshare in Clapham Junction/ Battersea as I’m moving out. The room is available from February 2025, and I’m hoping to find someone who’ll fit in well with the current flatmates and continue the easy-going vibe we have going.

About the Flat:

- Two floors of bright and spacious living areas with lots of natural light 🌞
- Located in quiet area and 5 minutes walk to Clapham Junction station.
- Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need 🍽️
- Large living room perfect for chilling or watching Netflix 📺
- Shared bathroom 🧼
- Big garden and front gated driveway that can fit 2 cars.

The Room:

Cozy and furnished double room with built in wardrobe.
Storage space for your things 🧳
Large window
Rent is £670 per month + bills (around £90 per month)

Current Flatmates:
You'll be sharing with a British guy and Aussie girl.
We're all laid-back, clean, and respectful, and we enjoy hanging out occasionally (but we also respect each other’s space).

What We’re Looking For:

Someone friendly, clean, and considerate 🌟
Ideally working full-time, but we're open to anyone who's a good fit!
Must be comfortable with a friendly, quiet, and respectful household.
