Hello there :)

The flat and room are well maintained, warm and welcoming surroundings. There is WIFI /Virgin included, an oven, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher and a nice shower.

Situated just near Clapham Junction/Northcote Road (only 10 minutes walk to Clapham Junction station and with many buses/trains etc the flat is in the ideal location for travelling anywhere in London).

There's every supermarket, bakery, bars, shops etc all on your doorstep too, and also only a short walk to Clapham Common and Wandsworth Common.

As you can see in the photo, the double room is light and bright. It also has a wardrobe. Edits on the photo are made to hide my photographs. Photos of the rest of the flat available on request.

I'm looking for a professional who is a clean and tidy person (mainly as the flat is quite small so needs to be kept tidy for maximising space).

Ideally looking for someone who works in the office Mon-Friday (as I work from home) and with the living space being quite small.

Very comfortable surroundings, and perfect for people looking for short term (a few days/week/month).

I am a professional and working from home in the week. I'm go out some evening keeping active, or with friends, and sometimes I'm away visiting family, so it might be that the place could be to yourself sometimes too.
