You would share the large flat/house with just one other flatmate and a cute dog. The flat includes a lovely garden, a fully furnished kitchen and living area, a basement with a working washer and drying, and the entire upper level comprised of your future room and ensuite, fully furnished. My flatmate is an interior decorator and we are looking for someone who would appreciate the fine details of the flat. Our appliances are all smeg, the dishware is from Anthropologie, ect.
Our location is perfect, right beside Clapham Common and walking distance to the northern line. Truly a safe and private flat that's is still close to all the action.
We are looking for someone chill, good with pets, and respectful. Currently we so happen to be two Canadians, but anyone is welcome as long as you like maple syrup haha. Serious enquires only.
