Lovely double room available in a 2 bed flat in Clapham Junction from the 1st March.
My flat mate is moving out to move in with her boyfriend, so the other room has become available. I’m ideally looking for another girl a similar age to move in, who is clean, tidy and easy going. It would be lovely to socialise and spend some time together and create a nice bond! I work as a full time nanny and work long hours, but when home it would be nice to have a nice balance of socialising together and check out the local restaurants / pubs.
The flat is in an amazing location, and is under a 10 minute walk to Clapham Junction train station, and you can walk to Clapham Common in about 20 mins, with easy access to the tubes. Also, good bus links to Clapham Common, Putney, Herne Hill etc. Also, a short distance from Battersea park!
The room is furnished with a bed, mattress, and has a huge built in wardrobe, which is perfect for us girls with all our many clothes!!
Rent is £1147.50 pm and the deposit would total £980. Bills currently total to around £120 pm each, this could change depending on the going rates / usage.
A £50 referencing free may be charged by the letting agency ( Penshurst) when running further checks!
