Modern, double bedroom available in flat less than 10 minutes walk from Clapham Junction Station.

Hi! I’m looking for someone to join me in a lovely flat on Lavender Hill as my current housemate is leaving. The flat is spacious and modern with 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan kitchen/living/diner.

The bedroom comes fully furnished with a double bed (+ underneath storage), wardrobe, bedside table and a chest of drawers, and there is space for a desk. You would also have sole use of the main bathroom, which has a full bath and integrated shower. The flat is in a secure building and we have use of a communal roof terrace.

The flat is in a great location (!!!), with Clapham Junction, Clapham Common, Asda, Lidl, Northcote Road and plenty of shops/cafes/restaurants/bars super close by. There is also a bus stop right outside which takes you to Vauxhall Station, Clapham Common Underground, Battersea Power Station and Nine Elms within 10-20 minutes.

You'd be living with me - I’m 26 years old and in full time employment, working from home twice a week. I’m a really laid back person and like to keep the flat clean and tidy. I’m always down for a trip to the pub for a quiz/the footy but also love a night in!

I’m looking for a reliable flatmate who is friendly and sociable but who also equally enjoys and respects personal time.

Bills are not included with rent. They come to around £100 a month each (varies).

The room is available from the 1st March.
