Bright Room in 4-Bed Clapham Home With Garden

We’re looking for a friendly, easygoing new housemate to join our spacious 4-bedroom home just off Northcote Road.

The house is a 10-minute walk from Clapham Junction and close to great cafés, pubs, and shops. It has two bathrooms, a large open-plan kitchen and living area, and a private garden that gets lots of sun in the warmer months — perfect for relaxing or sharing a meal outside.

You’ll be living with three full-time professionals who work hybrid schedules (usually no more than two days from home). We’re sociable and enjoy the occasional dinner or catch-up, but we’re also respectful of each other’s space and routines. We're hoping to find someone who’s looking for a comfortable, considerate home rather than just a place to crash.

The room is for one person — sorry, no couples or students. Bills come to around £168 per person each month and are split evenly. Deposit is five weeks' rent, and referencing is handled through our letting agent.
