Looking for someone to take over a room in a 2 bed flat in Clapham Junction, situated in a gated apartment block right next to the station! The rent is £925 per month each and bills are currently around £160 per month each. The room is available from the 3rd February 2025.

It’s a 2 minute walk to Clapham Junction Station with lots of bus stops around that take you all over London. There’s a small Tesco, Sainsburys, big Lidl and Asda and plenty of other shops in walking distance. Very close to Lavender Hill, St. Johns Hill and Northcote Road so great nightlife on your doorstep too.

The building is situated in a gated development with a concierge, on-site leisure centre (pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gym), designated parking spot, and communal garden areas which are lovely in the summer!

The room is a spacious double which has a built in wardrobe and comes with a bed/mattress, mirror and bedside table.

There’s a huge open plan kitchen/living space with a smart TV, 2 sofas, dining table, double oven and fully kitted out kitchen with a big fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and plenty of pots and pans. The flat has one shared bathroom.

There is room for a desk in the bedroom if you need a private working from home space.

I'm 28, work in Compliance in the City usually 2/3 days a week in office. Main interests are sport cricket, football, rugby but go for just about anything as well going to the gym or runs along the river.

I'm ideally looking for someone of similar age, professional and laid back who can go to the pub with. Someone that would be up for the occasional drink/dinner but also has their own social life too.
