We are looking for a housemate to take over a double room in our 4-bed house from start of Feb and also a second room from later on in Feb!
We live in a large house next to Clapham common, with a big living room, a separate kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The room is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe.
The house is in an ideal location, super close to Northcote road where there are countless restaurants, bars, and pubs. We are an 8 minute walk to Clapham Junction station and a 7 minute bus/20 minute walk to Clapham Common tube (northern line).
The rent is around £850 per month, including bills. Bills include gas and electric, council tax, water, WiFi, tv license and a cleaner!
We’re looking for a girl that wants to be friends not just housemates, who has their own friends in London but wants to join us for dinners, nights out and brunches! We all work 9-5 so we’re looking for someone who does the same. We also love going away on trips/holidays together!
