Room Available in Social Clapham Junction House

Note: Our landlord is selling the house this summer, so this is a short - mid length let. Minimum of 2 months, up to 6 months, we will be given 2 months notice to vacate once it's sale agreed, we're just not sure when that will be. As a result the landlord has agreed to waive the deposit, so you would just need to pay the first month's rent upon moving in. If you have any questions on this shoot me a message!

The room is available May 11th.

One of our housemates is moving out so we're looking for a replacement. We are a social household so we do the odd pub quiz, go for a few pints, watch the football etc so we would be looking for someone who is up for that! We also appreciate our time to ourselves.

The current household is 3 working professional lads, all in out mid to late twenties. One aussie, one irish, and one english (sounds like the start of a bad joke!)

The house itself is really big and has a large living room/dining area, a separate kitchen (with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer), and a patio garden. We have two bathrooms too w/ showers in each.

Rent is currently £950 per month with some bills included, we usually pay about £90 for bills per month in summer.
