Looking for someone to take a room in our modern Clapham Junction house from April 1 when I sadly move out/back to NYC!
ROOM: On the second floor of a 4-bed house, en-suite modern bathroom, built-in wardrobes/storage with LED lighting. Furnished (desk, mattress, full length mirror included).
HOUSE: huge kitchen (new stainless steel appliances, white marble countertops), open-plan dining and living rooms furnished to a high standard (wooden flooring, underfloor heating, nest thermostat, large flat screen TV). Great for hosting too - doors to our back garden patio collapse to create an open floor plan in summer.
PEOPLE: Three young professionals. You’ll be replacing me and living with Samir (26, Chef), Callum (25, insurance) and Sarah (30, Ops, Aussie new to London). We enjoy being active (running & tennis, Sarah swims), going for the odd pint, watching movies on Sundays, etc. Looking for someone who will slot into the crew as a mate but also has their own stuff goin on too!
Area: next to the station, third space, Whole Foods, and all the shops and pubs you could imagine right on Northcote road
Bills are around £90, less in summer. Happy to chat more and answer any questions!! X
