We’ve got a lovely double room available in our friendly, relaxed house, and we’re looking for someone to join our little home. If you’re after a place that’s sociable but respects personal space, this could be the one for you!
The Room & House:
🏡 Double room in a great shared house
💡 Rent includes all bills (council tax, utilities, WiFi)
🧹 We chip in £30 every 8 weeks for a cleaner (who comes fortnightly for communal areas)
🙋♀️Women Only
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re a mix of professionals (9-5 schedules) and are looking for someone similar to keep things balanced. We love a chat and occasional house dinners, but we also respect each other’s space.
The Important Bits:
💰 Deposit: 5 weeks’ rent (£1130)
📝 No minimum term, but ideally at least 6 months (no move-outs in Dec/Jan)
🛠️ Live-in landlord contract – super chilled, just means the landlord can pop by for repairs when needed
