After nearly two and a half years, at this wonderful flat I'm looking to move on, at the same time my good flatmate Charlie is moving in with his partner.

This means we have two rooms going in this well located flat, with great lighting and a decent landlord.

Both rooms are available from November 15th in line with contracts, but there may be available to move in earlier.

We are right on Lavender road, a 2 minute walk from CJ Station, and easy access to all of the local supermarket, bars, etc

Flatmates:
Matt - 24, Finance.
Interest include long walks, football, exploring for bakeries/food, gym
