You would be sharing with one friendly professional working in finance.

The room is available as our friend is moving out.

House interests include; cooking, tennis, skiing, gym and we usually go out to local bars/pubs at the weekend.

The place is newly decorated and high spec and has a large shared lounge area. The location is next to Northcoate Road shops, restaurants and gyms, in the heart of Clapham Junction, but on a quiet side road.

Clapham junction station is a few minutes walk, and there are regular bus services from the end of the road.

There are two bathrooms. The kitchen is on a mezzanine floor overlooking the lounge.

The communal areas are well lit with natural light from skylights. There is a roof terrace which is good for workouts or sunbathing.

The available room is fully furnished with a wardrobe, desk and a double bed. It’s facing the back of the house so there is no traffic noise at night.

Bills excluded but council tax and bills are fairly cheap at c.£150 pm.
