My lovely flatmates are moving on at the end of our current tenancy (one closer to work, the other buying her first home), so I’m looking for two professional women (30+) to join our home from 1 May 2026 with the start of a new tenancy.
We’ve lived happily together for the past three years after meeting through SpareRoom, and this has truly become more of a home than a flatshare, something I’m really keen to recreate. The rooms are being let individually, with the aim of creating a settled, longer term household.

• Small gated complex with communal garden
• Northcote Road & the High Street – 2 streets away
• Clapham Junction – 7 min walk
• Clapham Common – 10 min walk
🛏️ The Rooms
Room 1 – Large unfurnished double with separate bathroom(your own private bathroom)
Overlooks a quiet private mews with two large windows and plenty of natural light. Space for a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and a small desk.
Room 2 – Very large unfurnished double ensuite
Overlooks the communal garden with lots of light. Space for a double bed, wardrobe, desk and drawers. Good-sized ensuite with a spacious double shower.

• 3-bed / 3-bath townhouse over 3 floors
• Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, eating nook)
• Large, comfortable living room
• Communal garden, top-floor balcony, basement parking spot
• addiotnal Storage cupboards and airing cupboard
This is a relaxed, friendly and sociable flat (not a party flat).We like to catch up and hangout together from nextfilx marathons, walks, flat dinners, meals out ect ; whilst also respectful of personal space. Cleanliness and organisation are very important to us; we keep the house immaculate with a weekly cleaning rota and shared chores/costs. Someone who is inclined towards this is a good fit. This is a tenant furnished property , with the communal areas mostly sorted . Few odds and ends will be leaving , to be discussed with future tenants
