Looking for a New Flatmates to Join Our Home – Battersea / Clapham Junction

My lovely flatmates will be moving at the end of our current tenancy, 1 closer to work and the other purchasing her 1st home. I am looking for 2 new flatmates to join our home from 1st May'26 onwards. We’ve lived happily together for the last 3 years after meeting through SpareRoom. This really has become more of a home than a flatshare, something we’re very keen to recreate.

LOCATION
• Small gated complex with communal garden
• High Street & Northcote Road – 2 streets away
• Clapham Junction – 7 min walk
• Clapham Common – 10 min walk

THE ROOMS

Room 1 : large double with large seperate bathroom.
Overlooks a private mews, with 2 large windows(lots of light). Space for a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and smaller desk.

Room 2 : Very Large unfurnished double en-suite
Overlooks the communal garden (lots of light). Space for double bed, wardrobe, desk & drawers. Good size en-suite with spacious double shower

This is very much a home, not just a flatshare. We like to catch up and hang out, while respecting each other’s space. We get along so living together is super easy

We keep the house immaculate with a weekly deep cleaning rota and shared chores/costs. A clean, calm and organised environment is really important to us. Someone who is this way inclined is best suited.

This is a tenant furnished property, most of the communal areas are fully furnished. A few odds and ends will be leaving. As tenants we share responsibility for replacing items when needed, so someone happy to contribute is essential.

Current housemate:

A professional female, South African, mid-30s (seldom blessed with working from home )
Friendly, relaxed and social; an outgoing omnivert. I enjoy doing different things and always on the look out for a new experience. I enjoy travelling and exploring, hiking and all things food; but equally enjoy quiet nights/days binge watching Netflix and doom scrolling

Fully employed (hybrid ok, ideally 3/2 days in office – no fully remote)
