I’m a professional working in Westminster and I’m looking for a new flatmate, as my current flatmate is leaving London.

The flat is a beautiful, bright property in Clapham Junction, very well connected with trains and buses, and within easy reach of Battersea Power Station. The area is lively and convenient, with plenty of shops, cafés, and amenities nearby.

The flat has a lovely terrace, a spacious and comfortable common area, and a large room available with plenty of storage space.

I’m looking for someone who is tidy, clean, and friendly, and who would enjoy sharing a nice, relaxed home.

Bills are not included in the rent.
