Looking for a female flatmate to join me in a 2 bed flat just off Northcote Road in July as my current flatmate is moving out. Ideally looking for someone that is clean and tidy and also works in the office a few days a week!
About the Flat
The room is a spacious double with en-suite set on its own floor of the flat and is available from 1st July. There is a large shared living room and kitchen. The room comes furnished with a bed and built in wardrobes.
It’s around a 12 minute walk to Clapham Junction (quick connections to Victoria and Waterloo) and 20 minute walk to Clapham South for the Northern line.
The rent is £1037.50 a month and does not include bills. On average bills are around £150-£160 a month.

I’m a 28 year old female working in Westminster, I’m in the office 2/3 days a week and WFH on the remaining days. I also regularly escape London for the weekend (at least once a month). I do like to keep the flat clean and tidy and looking for a flatmate who wants the same.
I’m sociable but equally will respect your privacy. As for interests, I love to see friends, curl up with a good book or watch the latest binge-worthy thriller etc., all the usual stuff! And whilst I love a trip to the pub, I’m definitely more in my ‘watching grand designs with a glass of wine era’ rather than my ‘party era’ and looking for someone on a similar wavelength!
