En-Suite Double - Clapham Junction - Northcote Rd

Double Room - Ensuite - Early June 2025

I’m looking for someone to take my spacious en-suite double room.

You’ll be living with two others who have been friends of mine for years (One runs his own business and the other is in PR, 29 & 30). Both are pretty busy professionals but very sociable.

The room is a large double with an en-suite (with shower). It’s also on the lower floor, so it acts as almost a self contained living space, with access to the patio.

The flat itself is on Aliwal Road, less than a 10 minute walk from Clapham Junction, and literally one minute walk from Northcote Road, and 3 bus stops within a two minute walk.

The room can come fully furnished, but if you’d prefer it unfurnished/part furnished that can be arranged!

We’d be looking for someone to take it from June 8th - December 9th, when the tenancy come up for renewal (potential to extend).

Both flatmates work hybrid, there is room in the bedroom for a full desk and wfh set up.

There is a large communal living room, separate kitchen-diner with a dishwasher.

No couples, sorry

Bills about £115 pcm

We’d love to meet prospective flatmates in-person for a viewing and chat.
