Short-term let in small,cozy apartment

Hi everyone! I am originally from Vancouver, have lived in the Netherlands, Australia and now have been in the UK for 8 years. I am going home for five weeks so wanted someone to take my place from May 4-around June 10 (am flexible). I will also be moving out after this so if you like the place then can put you in touch with the property agent to potentially move in and sign a new lease.

I live in a very small (but cozy), modern flat, perfect for 1 person or a couple, in Clapham Junction, Battersea. The flat is located on a lively street that has everything on offer from cute bistros to boutique shopping to every amenity you can think of, and it is a two-minute walk from the train station.

The train (zone 2) has trains that get into Waterloo and Victoria in less than 10 minutes, the overground, 10-minute bus ride to Battersea powerstation, less than 10 minute bus to Clapham Common for the northern line, and a short walk to three different parks.
