Large Double Bedroom with lots of Storage Space

Our lovely housemate is moving out, so we're looking for a new person to join our home!

The house is in a lovely residential area tucked between Wandsworth and Clapham Common. We're round the corner from Northcote Road with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops with local goods and chains. Roughly about 15 mins walk to Clapham Junction and 20 mins to Clapham South tube. The area is FANTASTIC (can not stress this enough).

You'd be living with 2 Brits and 1 South African and are a split of 2 males and 1 female. We're very welcoming, like to spend time together and enjoy having a drink, playing games and cooking as a group (when we can). BBQ / Braai season is particularly important to us! We're very easy going if we do say so ourselves, looking for anyone who is fun, respectable to housemates, clean and thinks they'd fit in well.

The house has a large front room and kitchen, with a great outdoor area. The room has a double bed, plenty of space to wfh. There is also ample storage space as can be seen in the pictures. It is a great house with great people.

Bills aren't included but come to around £100 a month dependent on gas/electricity etc. Deposit is £750 and is paid to the leaving housemate and there's a £50 name changeover fee. References are required and handled by Rampton Baseley the estate agent.

Move in from 3rd June (Wednesday) and partial rent is due on the same date.
