Spacious double bed room next to Clapham junction

My housemate Priya is sadly moving out, so I’m looking for a new housemate to share this really nice two bed flat with.

The flat is spacious with an open plan kitchen, living room and dining room with integrated appliances, induction hob and corner sofa. The room comes with a double bed and triple wardrobe with room for drawers, dressing table etc.

It is less than 5 minutes from door to Clapham Junction station and within walking distance of Battersea Park and Clapham Common and Northcote Road.
The block is lovely - very nice community feel, friendly concierge and gated car parking spot included. There is also a pool, sauna and jacuzzi.

About me, I’m an easy going 32 year old guy who works for lululemon head office (with access to a great discount 👀). I’m often out the flat cycling round Richmond Park, running, or with mates. But when I’m in the flat I enjoy cooking, keeping the flat tidy and watching what everyone is talking about on tv.

At the moment we both put £1200 into the joint account per month which covers the rent and all the bills.
