Our lovely German housemate Mona is off to Japan for an exciting promotion, so we’re searching for someone tidy, considerate, and friendly to join our home.

Here’s what’s on offer:

Large, bright double room – £850/month (single) or £950/month (couple)

Fully furnished, loads of storage, and a beautiful garden view

Available from August 1st for a 12-month contract (6 months minimum)

All bills are just £80-ish/month (including fast 50GB fibre broadband)

The House:
Located in SW11, just a short walk from Clapham Junction. The house has everything you need:

Open-plan kitchen

Spacious living room

Full bathroom with toilet

Garden (perfect for summer evenings!)

Washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, and two fridge freezers

Who You’ll Live With:
You’ll be sharing with three friendly freelancers: a cinema costume designer, an accountant, and a social media manager (ages 24, 33, and 37). We all run our own businesses, respect each other’s privacy, and enjoy everything from outdoor activities to Netflix nights. There’s always someone up for a chat or a spontaneous adventure, but we also value downtime.

Getting Around:
You couldn’t ask for a better spot—Waterloo and Victoria are just 10 minutes away by train, and four bus lines (44, 170, 295, C3) stop right outside the door.
