My current housemate is moving out as she has bought a flat so I'm looking for a replacement housemate :)
The room is a decent size double and comes with a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. You will also have your own bathroom.
The flat is decorated to a high spec and is really homely. It would suit an outgoing and considerate young professional who is happy to have a chat and share the odd glass of wine over a good Netflix show, but equally has their own life and is respectful of space. Cleanliness and tidiness are also a must :) You would be sharing with myself, a solicitor working in the city. I enjoy shopping, working out, cinema and going out for dinner/drinks but my party days are behind me!
The flat is less than a 10 minute walk from Clapham Junction station and equal distance to Northcote Road that has a fab selection of bars. restaurants and shops. You also have Clapham Common and Battersea Park very nearby.
