Spacious double bedroom in Clapham Junction

Hi!

I'm Elis, 29, Italian in London for almost 8 years, 5 of which I have spent living in this lovely flat.

I'm looking for a new flatmate, as my current one just found a place with a friend and is so moving out soon.

The flat is spacious, two bedrooms, eat-in kitchen, living room, and bathroom with huge shower. The pictures are from before my current flatmate moved in a year ago, so thing have moved around a bit! Just waiting for my flatmate to send over a couple pics of the room as it is now as it currently looks way better than these old pics.

The Estate also has lovely communal gardens, bike parking, and a leisure centre with a small gym, swimming pool, spa, and sauna. There's a parking space that I'm using, but I'm sure it would be possible to rent one from a neighbour in case it's needed, as there are plenty of empty spaces in the parking lot.

The position is just fantastic, just behind Clapham Junction Station with trains that take you to Waterloo and Victoria in just 10 minutes + the Overground, which provides a slower but super cheap way to move around.
There are plenty of parks around, basically all supermarkets you can think about, pubs, restaurants, shops of all kind, and a lovely riverside walk just 10 minutes walking.

I've been living here for 5 years with Iron, my half labrador, super friendly, super lovely 9 years old gentleman pup- so I'm looking for a person who loves animals that will treat him like family, cause he's the main character in this house. He's an approved good boy, never barks, sleeps all the time, and the only time he will annoy you is when he'll watch you cooking with a face looking like he's never had food before in his life.

I'm a freelance production manager for theatre and screen, which means I'm either working from home/sitting around waiting for the next job to start, or away all day long and just chilling in the my room or in the living room at late night for 3-4 weeks in a row.
I'm super chill and will mind my own business unless you want to chat- I'm happy to have a conversation or to do something together if you want, but also love my alone time.

I'm looking for someone clean, of any gender, age, race, belief, etc.- I'm totally open to consider anyone who just likes for their living space to be in good condition and who will treat the flat like a home, not like one of those ten-random-people-house-share. This and the dog thing of course.

The room is available from the beginning of July, so it would definitely suit someone who needs to move soon!
