Spacious King Size Room with Private Bathroom

I'm looking to sublet the second bedroom in a modern 2-bed flat just 5 minutes from Clapham Junction.

The flat’s in a great spot, with excellent transport links and plenty of nearby shops (Asda, M&S, Waitrose all within 10 mins). The room is fully furnished with a king size bed, triple wardrobe, and bedside tables. It also comes with its own bathroom. If you work from home, you’d need to bring your own desk.

You’d be living with me, I’m 30, work in tech, and have lived in the flat for the past year. I’m in the office three days a week and keep things pretty chilled during the week with work, running, and the gym - ticking all the Clapham stereotypes. Evenings are usually quiet, cooking, relaxing, and the occasional pub trip.

Looking for someone in their late 20’s / 30’s who I can socialise with, but also has their own stuff going on.

I'm ideally looking for a 6 month commitment, but could be flexible.
