I’m looking for a friendly and tidy lodger to share my modern two-bedroom apartment in Battersea. The flat is on the fourth floor and has some standout features, including a large private roof terrace and two balconies that bring in loads of natural light.

The flat is spacious and finished to a high standard, with an open-plan kitchen/living area, modern appliances (including a wine fridge), underfloor heating & built-in ceiling speakers. There’s plenty of storage space, and the shared bathroom (you’ll have this to yourself) is a good size with a bath and shower.

The room available is a bright double bedroom with built in storage, a Juliet balcony, and there’s space for a desk if you work from home.

The location is brilliant: we’re just a 3-minute walk from Clapham Junction, so you can get to Waterloo or Victoria in about 10 minutes. Northcote Road and St John’s Hill are right nearby too, with loads of great cafes, pubs, restaurants, gyms, and supermarkets like M&S and Waitrose
