We have a large double room available in this 4-bed maisonette. Very bright with wooden floor, it comes furnished with a double bed, mattress and multiple wardrobes (lots of storage space)!
We are a sociable and respectful group of four professional girlypops that love a wine, movie and maybe even a parkrun! Sadly, I’m moving out to move closer to work so need someone to replace me.
The room is available from 10th September (precise date tbc) - please only enquire if you are able to move in / pay from this date and are able to provide a reference :)
It's a split-level top floor flat located on the corner of Plough Road & Grant Road with parking (permit or street).
The room is £800pcm, all bills are approx. £70pm (great value) and the landlady is super responsive.
Communal areas:
Large kitchen with large dining table
Large landing areas
Downstairs toilet
Small 'snug' lounge with sofa & TV
Upstairs shared bathroom with bath
Spare separate shower room
Access to roof, great for summer!
No video/virtual viewings I'm afraid due to time restrictions and volume of enquiries, and cannot accept students (unless within age rage advertised and can demonstrate a salaried stipend).
