We have an amazing double bedroom with recently refurbished en-suite (bath and shower). It’s bright and spacious with a double bed, desk, side table, two chairs and built in wardrobes, plus plenty of storage. The room will be available from 1st October. We are looking for someone who would like to stay for at least 12 months minimum.
The house is a 10 min walk to Clapham Junction station and close to all amenities, including Battersea Square and the river.
We are considerate, respectful and quiet single female professionals looking for a friendly professional who will fit in to a harmonious household. We’re a sociable group. Equally, we would want someone who is independent and has their own interests outside of the house. Someone who is tidy, clean but also wants to make their house a home. Sorry, NO couples or sharers.
There is a lounge with sofas, dining table and TV. There is a kitchen with microwave and washing machine. We also have a lovely garden which is great in the summer! The house does have some creaky floorboards so it’s important that you’re conscious of that.
The house is situated on a residential road, very close to trendy bars and coffee shops, supermarkets and restaurants at Clapham Junction and only 4 min to Sainsbury’s Local, restaurants and a gym.
The deposit of £693 is to be paid at the beginning of your occupation of the accommodation and the monthly rent of £920 is due on the 1st day of each calendar month. The bills are about £100 per month inc. broadband. The gas and electricity bill also comes in every quarter. The house is in council tax band F.
Viewing will start on the 1st of September.
