We’re 3 friends who have just secured a lovely 4 bedroom house in Clapham Junction, looking for a 4th person to fill the house.
We would all be moving in and starting the tenancy at the same time on September 12th.
If you’d like to view the house before the move in date, we can organise it with the agency!
It’s a lovely 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, newly refurbished, with a garden literally 3 min walk from Clapham Junction station and Northcote road.
We’re a social bunch aged 25-30, have been friends for a while and do the usual - gym, going out, playing sports, travelling, would occasionally have friends over for dinner/bbq.
We’re looking for someone likeminded, who would come in and make this house a home with us, would join us for a drink at the pub etc. We’re a tidy bunch and like to keep the house in good nick so we hope you are too!
