Hi gals and pals! 🧚🏼‍♀️ My flatmate and I are moving out of our lovely 2-bed 1-bath in Clapham Junction the first week of October. There is one year left on the tenancy so we are looking for two wonderful humans to take over the lease. Rent is £2300 a month. One room is bigger so it’s a perfect place for two friends with different budgets (we split £1250 and £1050). Bills, including council tax are around £200 a month total (cheap council tax!!). We absolutely love the area and are gutted to leave this perfect neighborhood between Clapham and Battersea.
