House share just off Northcote Road [Avail 1 Oct]

I've decided to take a short career break to do some travelling, so we have a double bedroom to offer in our house just off of Northcote Road in Clapham Junction from 1 October 2025 for 4 months until 30 January 2026.

We're all professionals, working in Engineering and Law.

We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy, sociable, but also independent with their own friends in London too!

There are lots of little shops, cafés, pubs and bars right on your doorstep yet it is one of the quietest and safest areas in SW.

With Wandsworth common at the end of our street and Clapham Common on the other side it’s just a 10 minute walk to Clapham Junction station connecting you to Victoria and Waterloo in just 10 mins.

Bills are currently £165 per month, this includes: Gas, Electric, Water, Council Tax, Broadband, TV Licence and a Cleaner that comes every 2 weeks to clean the common areas. The rent price advertised is based on the current rent, so with the rent at £1015, this results in £1180 per month for rent and bills. The current rental agreement ends at the end of September so there is a possibility that the rent may increase by around 5% to £1066.
The property is managed by a letting agent; a deposit of 5 weeks rent (£1171) will need to be paid prior to moving in.

We are ideally looking for someone to take the room for 4 months from Wednesday 1 October 2025 until 30 January 2026.
