The second room of our rental on Battersea High St will shortly become available for sublet – ALL BILLS (incl. council tax) built into advertised price. Preferably a 12-month commitment with the option to but open to doing 6 months if needed 🤝

The property is a maisonette with shared kitchen and dining/living space (2× sofas) perched above a mainly quiet shop. 10min walk from Clapham Junction (according to Citymapper — realistically doable in 6–7mins via Grant Rd entrance if you break into a stride). Bedrooms are both on the top floor. WiFi etc. all set up already and our TV is signed in on most streaming services which you’d of course be free to use 😄

WHO YOU’D BE LIVING WITH:
It’s just me and my boyfriend in a shared room atm — both mid-twenties professionals working most days in the office and ideally looking for somebody of a similar profile (we aren’t precious about this, though). If you envisage someone staying regularly, e. g. a partner, do let us know upfront so we can factor this in, plus it can be a little squeezed with four people for a prolonged period! Other than that, just to say we’re fairly laid back and will let you do your thing 😊

THE SMALL PRINT:
First month (i. e. October) would be paid pro rata, so 27 days, or equivalent, rather than 31.
