I am looking for a new flatmate that can move in the first weekend of October. The flat is a 2-bed flat located in Clapham Junction, 2 minute walk from the station.

The room comes with a double bed, full length wall-wardrobe and 4 chest of drawers. The room is £975 + £143 bills per month. The deposit will be £835.

A little about me: my name is Chjairima. I am a young professional working as a full time restaurant and bar manager. I am very tidy, respectful and always up for a chat or occasional get together. I am looking for a female flatmate around my age (between 25-30) who is respectful, clean and tidy.
