My double room will be available from 9th October 2025 (or possibly even earlier!) due to me relocating after nearly 4 great years!

2 current flatmates in the property (me included), both females aged 26 and 31 who met at work. You would be living with my flatmate Katy who is a hard working yet very sociable 26 year old! We both love sport, the pub and holidays as much as reality tv with a G&T. Generally great fun and typical young professionals in the big city, looking for a likeminded replacement for myself.

I am moving on, but the flat has been a fantastic home since 2021 which has been carefully looked after and decorated. Full of natural light in the open plan living/kitchen area, the flat is a brilliant space on a quiet road close to:

Clapham Common >10 minutes
Clapham Junction > 10 minutes
Clapham Common Underground (Northern Line) >20 minutes
Battersea Power Station >20 minutes
Plenty of well connected bus routes >5 minutes to Central London, Brixton, Peckham, Wimbledon and Shoreditch

Northcote road with a wealth of great bars and restaurants is minutes away, with plenty of open space in Clapham Common/Battersea Park around the corner.

Loads of nearby supermarkets with an ASDA superstore and Lidl 8 minutes down the road

Permit parking on the road itself between 09.30 and 17.30 Monday to Friday, with plenty of available bays

Council tax band C (Wandsworth) so one of the lowest in London!

Bills are included in the total monthly rental price (we pay in on pay day) to a joint account with my other housemate
Included in this price is:

Rental payment of £1,064.25 to Estate agents (taken on 10th)
Octopus energy (Electricity/Gas smart meter) (Paid on 15th)
Thames Water (meter submissions required)
Plusnet fast broadband/wifi (Paid on 14th)
Council Tax (Wandsworth Band C) (Paid on 4th)
Any money left over in account is used or topped up for household shared essentials

Deposit is to be paid directly to the exiting tenant (myself) to the amount of £1,187.50 as the overall deposit of £2,375.00 is held in a deposit scheme with the property management agents.

The landlords are very trustworthy and reliable and are open to supporting on any handwork required on request

Move in date is set of 9th October, but could be earlier should the right housemate be found and available
