We’re looking for a new housemate to join us in our 4-bed Victorian home just off Northcote Road. The house is <10 min walk from Clapham Junction station, with Wandsworth Common, coffee shops and restaurants right on the doorstep.

The Room
*Spacious double on the second floor with plenty of natural light
*Comes with a double bed and lots of built-in storage
*Plenty of space for a desk/chair etc if you’d like to bring one
*Shares a bathroom with one other person (next-door room)

Rent & Bills
*£1,050 per month (excl. bills)
*Bills £150 per month (includes e. g. council tax band G, wifi, cleaner for shared areas every 2 weeks)

The House & Housemates
*Large shared kitchen/garden/living space - we are currently moving in so the shared spaces will be furnished over the next week
*In total, 4 people will live here: my partner and I (both 30 working in finance and healthcare) in the loft, plus the two rooms on the second floor (including this one)

We’re looking for someone clean, respectful, and easy-going – ideally another working professional.
