Hey everyone, I’m Jason! I live with 2 good friends in a lovely terraced house with a garden in Clapham Junction. We’re looking for a new house mate to move in between the 20th-24th September as our house mate is moving to Paris for work. We have a tenancy agreement until June 2026- with option to extend.
So I’m a an engineer, Nic is a sound editor and Suzanna is a nurse. We’re all working full time, are in our early twenties and quite social. We love hanging out and watching TV after dinner, cooking dinner together and occasionally exploring/ going out together. We’d love someone who wants to be friends and make memories- not just a house mate living along side us!
As Suzanna lives with us 2 guys, we’d preferably like another girl in the house to balance the boy energy 😂 however, we’re happy for anyone to reach out if interested. We’re a young professional house, so anyone under the age of 25yrs old would be preferable- drop me a message and we’ll be arranging viewings next week!

🏠Rent- £950 (a double room with fitted wardrobe space, has a double bed)
💵 Council tax- £30 pm
🧾 Bills- £85pm (fixed rates)
Deposit- £875 (paid to our house mate who’s moving)

🚂 15 min walk to Clapham Junction station
🚌 buses into Waterloo( 25min), Victoria (30 min), Vauxhall (15min), Hammersmith (30 min), Wimbledon (35min)
🛍️Plenty of bars, pubs, restaurants, cafe, shops
🌲 plenty parks and places to walk/ run- Battersea Park (20 min walk), Clapham Common (10 min bus )
