The flat
The flat has split level with the kitchen, living room and balcony downstairs and the toilet, bathroom and rooms upstairs.
WC and bathroom separate
The room might be small but the flat it self is very nice and roomy. The kitchen and living room are separated.
There is a park next to the building and the balcony views to a grass area.
There is a cleaner every two weeks.
The kitchen has everything you may need.

Bills
Bills are split so everyone can a have a bill under their own name. You would be taking on the broadband, council tax and cleaner. Bills come at around £100 per person per month.

The flat mates
Caitlin and Angus are very friendly and enjoy of mix of chilled evening and night outs. We don't necessarily have parties in the flat but we are sometimes hosting friends and family.
We are pretty chilled as a household and enjoy all the usual stuff ( pub, films, TV, books, music, travel).
