Double room with private bathroom

Hey!

I’m sadly leaving this lovely flat and looking for someone to take over my room starting October 19th until April 19th, 2026.

The room is a fully furnished double and comes with a private bathroom (not en-suite, but all yours). I can also leave my desk and chair, both in great condition, if you’d like.

The flat is super chill – you’d be sharing it with one professional guy (25, very respectful and easy-going).
There’s a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen (plates, pans, utensils – everything’s ready to go), and overall a quiet, clean vibe.

Cleanliness is important in the flat – we even have a robot vacuum/mop that cleans the floors three times a week, which helps keep everything fresh with minimal effort.

📍 Location is a dream – just 2 minutes’ walk from Clapham Junction station, with quick links to Victoria, Waterloo, and central London. Loads of shops, cafes, gyms, and supermarkets nearby too.

💸 Rent is £1275/month
⚡️ Bills come to around £200/month (includes everything)
