Hi! I’m looking for someone to take my room on a short term lease from November to March whilst I am away traveling. It is a spacious double in a two bed flat in the heart of Clapham junction!

You’ll be sharing with my best friend, 29 who works in finance. She is very sociable and spends most of her spare time staying active and playing sports (golf, tennis, running and pilates).

We are looking for a like-minded woman (25–35), who is friendly, tidy and easy-going. The flat is a girls flat, perfect for cozy nights in and hosting dinner parties so keen to find someone who is up for keeping the place chilled, friendly and clean.

The room:
A lovely furnished double bedroom with its own private bathroom and exclusive patio is available in our bright and cosy Clapham Junction flat.

You’ll also get exclusive use of a second patio, accessible only through your room — perfect for a morning coffee or some fresh air.

Location:
5–10 minutes’ walk from Clapham Junction station (excellent transport links), with plenty of shops, gyms, bars and cafes nearby.

The Flat:
A spacious open-plan living/dining area with lots of natural light (see photos) with a fully equipped kitchen.

Additional shared patio off the living space.

Relaxed, tidy and homely feel.

Available: From 1st November 2025 – 8th March 2026 (max 4-month let).
Rent: £1,250 per month + bills.
