Hey! We’re looking for a new housemate to join our home. At the moment we’re 3 girls + 1 boy, so we’re looking for another boy to even things out (sorry, no girls will be considered).
 
We’re a sociable house who love a chat in the kitchen, the odd pub trip, or chilling together, but we also respect when people just need some downtime. Basically, we’d like someone who feels more like a friend rather than just another person in the house.
 
The house:
🏡 5 bedrooms over 3 floors (2 per floor, plus 1 up top).
🛁 Big bathrooms on each floor – you’ll be sharing with the other boy.
🍳 Open-plan kitchen/dining/living area that’s perfect for cooking and chilling together.
🌿 Patio off the kitchen – gorgeous when the sun’s out.
🛏️ Your room comes unfurnished but our current housemate is willing to sell the furniture he has for a reasonable price (minus the desk).

🚆 7 min walk to Clapham Junction station.
🚌 Bus stop 2 mins away.
🌳 Close to Battersea Park, the river + loads of great pubs, restaurants, and bars.
🛒 Sainsbury’s at the end of the road, Tesco Express nearby, and big ASDA & Lidl right by the station.
