2 girls looking for 3rd flat mate!

Double room going from 1st of October in lovely Battersea flat :))
This is in a 3 bed flat which is v well located - just over 5 mins from Clapham Junction station, 5-10 min walk to Northcote Road and Wandsworth Common and 15 min walk to Clapham Common, also 10 min walk to the riverside! The flat is above a take away restaurant, but they are friendly and we have never had any issues.
The flat is cosy and has a terrace (which leads out through one of the bedrooms). There is a decent sized bathroom (which has a bath/shower) and kitchen which leads into the living room. The landlord is great and super happy/quick to sort any issues.
Rent is £850/m - bills vary but usually £100/m. Deposit is £930. The contract is an initial fixed 6 months and then rolling monthly after so super flexible!
You would be sharing with 2 gals aged 24 and 29 - both work in London and do a mixture of in-office and WFH (Monday and Friday). We would ideally want a girl 24+ and similar work set up. We like to keep the flat tidy but are relaxed, and would love someone who is sociable but also appreciates their own downtime!
