Tesco express is 5 minutes’ walk and Clapham Junction has several main supermarkets (Lidl, ASDA, Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, M&S)
Very quiet neighbourhood and street. Never had any difficulties or disturbances from neighbours.

👯 The Flatmates
You’ll be living with 3 others. We (posting the ad!) are a female couple in our early 30s. One of us works in the NHS and the other in childcare. We are friendly, respectful and like to have a chat when we are about. But also respect when people need their own space. We cook in the evenings and may watch a show or two in the living room but otherwise are at work in the day. On the weekends, we enjoy rock climbing, hiking, exploring coffee shops and markets, and are down for a pint or two in the local (it’s our new favourite pub in London – just a 5-minute walk and a real community and not “London pub” feel). We may on the odd occasion have friends over for a dinner for example but otherwise don’t host much at the house.
The landlord lives in the house but works in his room and only comes out occasionally to pick up food or to make dinner. We rarely see him as he keeps to himself, so he doesn’t leave any mess or trail in the house. You’ll really mainly be living with us! But he is very friendly and respectful, and quick to respond to any concerns or issues.
💡 Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a female in the late 20s/early 30s who is tidy and respectful of others’ space and belongings, but also just a down-to-earth human! We would love someone who is kind and would like to have a chat at times, and maybe socialise together, but we would never pressure this if you didn’t want to. The only thing we would not be after is someone who would be looking for a bit of a party house! We are down to party at times, but we are stepping away from this being where we live. Otherwise, we are open!
