My flatmate is sadly moving abroad for work, so I am looking for someone to move into her room from October :)
The room is a nicely sized, furnished and cosy double.
The flat has a great living room with a nice kitchen, bathroom and separate WC.
I've lived here for a year and absolutely love the location. Northcote road is a short walk away with a load of great bars and shops. Clapham Junction station is equally close with super quick access to so much of London. The street the flat's on feels super safe and is away from the main road so never too loud.
Bills are about £110 - £150 a month.
Landlord / managing agents are always quick to sort any issues!
About me:
I'm 24 and have just started work as a trainee solicitor. I am clean, tidy and sociable. I like my down-time but will always be up for pub trips and nights out. Hoping to find someone to make good friends with as well as being a flatmate :)
I'm still waiting for all the details from the landlord, but I believe min income requirement will be around £32,000, otherwise they will expect an up front payment of 6 months rent. They will accept students on this basis as I was one when I moved in last year.
