SUBLET Double Room (6 weeks)

**6 week sublet from Oct 11 - Nov 22**

£410 deposit which would cover first 2 weeks then £820 for last 4 weeks. This price includes bills.

Double bed and fully furnished room. We are looking for full-time working professionals, open to anyone who is a good fit. With 8 people sharing the space, it's essential that everyone is clean, tidies up atter themselves, and is respectful. We are a friendly household and welcome individuals from all backgrounds.

The house is located a 10 minute walk from Clapham Junction station, and 10 minute walk to Battersea Park, on a nice quiet road. There's tonnes to do in the surrounding area, which is safe, well-served by public transport day and night, attractive and vibrant.

We all are all professionals from either the UK or New Zealand working full-time doing all sorts of different things (marketing, events, engineering, finance etc.). Our schedules broadly line up, but with some of us working from home there is usually someone in, which helps for deliveries etc.

The house has a front room we use often and a large kitchen facing a back yard, so is very spacious and comfortable despite the many housemates! There are also 4 toilets / showers (one per floor), meaning wait times aren't too long either!

We treat the house as a home, always cleaning up after ourselves and keeping it in a good state. We would want someone who would do the same during their stay.
