We’re looking for a girl to fill the third room in our Clapham Junction flat.
The flat is located on the river in Battersea, 10 minutes walk from Clapham Junction and Wandsworth Town stations. We are on 10th floor with a balcony and amazing views of the Thames🤩🌃 The building has a concierge and a gym.
The bedroom is a large double room with views of the city. There is a built in wardrobe and an additional cupboard for storage. You will be sharing the bathroom with 1 other person.
Both the flat and room are fully furnished.
Rent is £1300 per month and bills just under £150 (including Sky & a monthly cleaner).
You will be living with 2 other girls aged 27 & 32, one of us working as a project manager and the other in the food industry. During the week we are both quite chilled, so enjoy calm and relaxing evenings at the flat after work. 🕯️😌 At the weekends we enjoy walking along the river, keeping active, exploring London and a pub trip🍷
Looking for a girl similar age to us who will enjoy sharing the space with us😊
