Hi all, we are looking for a couple, or single, to take over our large double room in a 2 bed 1 bath ground floor flat in Clapham Junction! The room is available from 3rd November 2025, as we are moving to north London to explore a new area!

You’ll be living with two awesome flatmates, a couple (young professionals, 1 male and 1 female) from NZ, who are such kind, friendly, fun and tidy people to live with! It is bittersweet for us to leave, so we are looking for someone likeminded to replace us - clean, friendly and respectful.

The room is a beautiful double room, high ceilings with a huge window at the front, so it gets amazing light and air flow. A large wardrobe and plenty of space for extra storage, a desk and an old fireplace to decorate. The room is furnished, with a double bed with storage.

The flat is quite modern, light and spacious for 4 people. Folding doors in the living room open up to a courtyard in the back, which is a great entertaining area in summer and adds so much space to the house.

The flat is super well located:
- an 8 minute walk to Clapham Junction Station (you can be at Gatwick Airport in 40 mins).
- A 5 minute walk to Northcote Road, where you’ll find many cafes, bars, restaurants and pubs at your fingertips.
- A 1 minute walk to ASDA, which is such a win for convenient food shopping, help by you keep costs low.
- We are right in the middle of Clapham Common and Battersea Park, so you are spoilt for options when you want to enjoy the sunshine at the park. You can be at the common in 10 minutes, and the park in 15 minutes.
