Rent is £600 + bills are shared through split wise and are approx. £160 a month per person.

- weekly cleaner £53.32 (4 cleans at £42 each clean split between 3)

- Plenty of bars/shops/cafes along Northcoate road which is a 3 min walk away

🏠 The Flat & Room
- 3 bed top floor flat
- 1 bathroom + extra toilet
- Old style flat, with a collection of furniture from previous flatmates
🌱Shared garden
👩🏼‍🍳Airfryer included. Oven is very old (functional but we tend to avoid it)
🛌 Bedroom furniture includes bed frame, mattress, wardrobe, mirror, desk & chair, fan, built in shelves which make a great bookcase (Furniture is in well-used condition)
🛁 Recent renovation of the bathroom (due to leaking)
🐁 Rentokill have set traps set throughout the house

💸 Deposit
£600, paid to landlord who we have direct contact with (no agency). Our landlord is hands off but will fix things when needed
