Large en-suite room

Hi, I (27m) live with my mate (26m) in my parents old family house and we are looking for a third housemate. We’re both chilled out guys and enjoy cooking, gardening, watching films, reading, playing board games, poker and going out on the weekends. He is a doctor and I do some filming and run a tcg shop from my office.

The room is large and has an en-suite as mentioned in the title. It has views over London as is located on the top floor. More furnishing, bedding etc can be provided if needed. The house also has a large Japanese style kitchen, garden, a small library and a large comfy sitting room which are all shared spaces. The house is located about a 12 min walk from Clapham junction station and Clapham North. It is also about a 5 min walk from Clapham Common which is great for chilling in the sun and running.

Ideally we are looking for short term leases as we both want to meet new people and especially travellers who find themselves in London for a couple of weeks. We don’t have a preference for age, gender etc etc as long as you respect the house. Guests and small parties are ok, as long as it’s not every night, but like I mentioned we’re pretty chill, easy and ok with whatever.
