Room in 4 bedroom flat near Clapham Junction

I am moving back to The Netherlands for a new job so have to move out of my room unfortunately. It is a spacious room which comes with a standard double bed, cupboard, chest of drawers, desk, and bedside table. The flat is bright and has up to date appliances. The estate agent and landlord are super responsive to any issues!

The roommates are full time professionals and aged 24, 27 and 30 (1 male, 2 females). We occasionally go for a pub quiz or meal together but all live our own lives too. Everyone is friendly, easy going and always up for a chat.

The rent is £700 p/m and bills are around £50-£75 a month depending on heating etc. There is no minimum or maximum rental period, you just have to pay £50 to transfer the tenancy to someone else :).

Total deposit is £807.50. £150 will be paid first to get the advert to be taken down. The remaining £657.50 comes later.

Good to know:
- Flat is split on 2 floors (3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 downstairs)
- 2 toilets (1 on each floor, separate from the bathroom)
- 2 fridges
- Washer/dryer newly installed in March 2025
- Roof terrace accessible by stairs
- Elevator to but you still have to take a little staircase to our flat.
- 5 minutes from Clapham Junction station.
- 10 minute walk to Lidl, ASDA superstore, Boots etc...
- 10 minute walk from the river (great for walking and running)

Doing viewings within the next week as I'm leaving the country soon! Also happy to do an online viewing if easier. You will have to pass a right to rent check but it's all pretty straight forward :).
